Hej & welcome!

If you think about it, to get me started in the shopper marketing , I'll show you what our collaboration could look like—clear, structured, and at the same time human.

Getting to know each other

Everything starts with a short teams-call. We get to know each other, discuss your goals and ideas, and see if we click. You tell me what's important to you, and I answer your questions. At the end, I summarize everything in an email so that we're both on the same page and you can pass everything on internally.

Sometimes a second call with your team makes sense—we'll decide that together. That way, we start off on a clear and transparent footing right from the start.

Contracts & Formalities

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, I will provide you with a contract, NDA, and terms and conditions. Once you have reviewed and signed these, I can get started right away.

Technology & Working Methods

I work remote, flexible, and efficient. You decide whether I work as external project support or get my own access to your system. This allows me to integrate into existing projects without you needing me on site.

Working hours & flexibility

Some projects require fixed times, others deadlines. I organize my work independently, meet agreed deadlines, and attend the meetings that you deem necessary.

Transparency & Feedback

Transparency is important to me. I use tools such as Trello or regular status updates so that you always have an overview. This allows you to see how projects are progressing and helps us avoid misunderstandings.

Billing

At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice:

  • Hourly rate: I track time with toggl track and you will receive a detailed overview.
  • Flat rate: You will receive the agreed invoice – without any extra time recording.

This is how I work as a human being

It is important to me that cooperation on equal terms takes place:

  • Reliability: When I make a promise, I keep it—and the same goes the other way around.
  • Teamplayer: I quickly integrate into existing teams, communicate clearly, and work independently.
  • Proactivity: I identify problems early on and address them before they become bigger.
  • Brand focus: I always keep an eye on brands, POS, merchandise, and digital touchpoints.

In short: I combine structured project management with the ability to coordinate brands across all touchpoints – haptic, digital, or at the POS. This creates a consistent, cross-channel brand activation, that is implemented efficiently, strategically, and effectively.
